I try and keep lunch as light meal. I usually like to go for sandwiches, wraps, salads, or fruit salads. If I'm at work or on campus I'll also have Greek yogurt, some granola and raisins, or mixed nuts if I get hungry. It's so easy to grab french fries or something from the vending machine. I definitely have done that more times than I can count. If you're actively trying to lose weight and become healthier you have to get into the habit of meal prepping before hand so you have no excuses to grab chocolate bars or bags of chips.
